During the wine tastings it is key to have dry breads that clean the palates of the wine tasters, to avoid distortions of the perceptions. 

In Don Pelayo we have created a special bread that is characterized by being the only Regañá (flatbread) of the world elaborated to clean the palate, thus it will enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the wine and olive oil.

Supreme quality wheat flour, water, yeast, flower of salt (fleur de sel) from the marshlands in Cádiz.
